From start to finish, we want to make your visit to our 4*S sport and wellness hotel Dein Engel as pleasant as possible. So we have created some FAQs to help answer the most common questions you may have.

Beauty

We offer all kinds of beauty / cosmetic treatments as well as aesthetic medicine.

Cancellation policy

Amendments and cancellations can be made free of charge any time before 4 weeks prior to the scheduled day of arrival.
Amendments and cancellations made within 4 weeks to 48 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 80% to the total cost of the stay, if the booked room cannot be filled.
Any amendments or cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the total cost of the stay.
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Check-in, Check-out

Guests are available to check in with us from 3.00pm on arrival day. Check out is 10:30 on departure day. Late check-out times can be pre-arranged with our reception team.
Feel also free to use our online check-in to save some time.

Children

Families are welcome at Dein Engel.
We charge € 5,00 for a baby bed for children aged 0 to 2 years.
Your little ones aged 3 to 6 years pay € 30,00 per night including breakfast (for stays from 7 nights).
From the ages 7 to 15 children pay € 60,00 per night including breakfast (for stays from 7 nights).

Culinary

Feel free to uprade any bookings made with breakfast to our half-board option. Mondays to Saturdays you will be served a 5-course menu. The highlight on Sundays is a six-course gala dinner.

Dog policy

Dogs are welcome in some of our rooms and suites and parts of the restaurant but are not permitted in areas like our SPA, the outdoor pool, swimming pond and on our sunbathing lawn. We charge € 22,50 per dog per night.

E-cars

You can charge your e-car at our charging points either with an app or your fuel card.

Fitness

Our guests can use our spacious gym with modern TechnoGym equipment. Feel free to take part in our Dein Engel sport and fitness program with courses like aqua power, yin yoga, nordic walking or spinning.

Inclusive services

Benefit from our inclusive services for example our sport and fitness programme as well as our guest card Oberstaufen Card PLUS which offers free mountain trips, skiing passes or golf green fees.

Parking

Book a parking spot in our garage for € 12,00 per night in summer, or for € 15,00 in winter. Alternatively, park your car in one of our carports for € 7,00 per night.

Physiotherapy

Are you in pain or need a professional physiotherapy treatment? Use your time at Dein Engel to visit our physiotherapy department.

Prices for single use

For the single use of a double room we charge
between € 30,00 to € 100,00 depending on the booked category.

Room reservations

We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot promise reservations for certain room numbers or floors
within our room categories.

Schroth diet

We offer the traditional Schroth diet at hotel Dein Engel. Please contact us if you need more information.

Smoking

We kindly ask for your understanding that smoking, e-cigarettes or naked flames are not allowed anywhere inside our property.

The city of Oberstaufen charges a visitor's tax - it is charged per person and per night.
